Hi! My name is Kelly Jacoby.
I am originally from Cincinnati, Ohio and moved to Columbus in 2013. I attended college on the beloved bricks of Athens at Ohio University, graduating with a Bachelors of Specialized Studies in Fine Art, Psychology, and Child & Family Studies.
I have always had a passion for art and the limitless aspect of creativity. While at Ohio University I was blessed to be introduced to Passion Works, and work with, the one and only, Patty Mitchell. While volunteering and working in the studio I instantly fell in love with the creative abundance model. Experiencing for the first time, an environment where artists with or without developmental differences can come together and express themselves creatively in a safe space. I knew from that moment forward I wanted to be a part of that process, a part of something so amazing.
In addition to my art background, I work as a counselor at the National Leadership Conference which is part of the American Youth Foundation. I gained leadership and facilitation skills, as well as strengthened my abilities in collaboration and team building. Working towards the ultimate goal of discovering the best version of myself. I was also lucky enough to work at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in the Clinical Therapies department where I sharpened my customer service and administrative skills.
I am so excited to put all of my experience to use and join the CF team where we can collaborate with individuals to create a unified community and produce some beautiful, soul filled artwork!
