Through his work, David has created a compassionate and inclusive space where people with diverse abilities are empowered to live fulfilling lives, build meaningful connections, and unlock their full potential.

David's journey into the field of developmental disability support began with a deep personal commitment to making a difference. Drawing on his background in creative problem-solving and his natural ability to connect with others, he founded Creative Foundations to address the unique challenges faced by individuals with developmental disabilities.

His vision was simple: to offer a range of services that nurtures personal growth, fosters independence, and promotes a sense of belonging in the community.

Under David’s leadership, Creative Foundations has grown into a trusted resource for families and individuals seeking compassionate, tailored support. The organization provides a variety of programs, including life skills coaching, vocational training, community integration, and recreational activities—all designed with the goal of helping individuals with developmental disabilities thrive and lead meaningful, self-directed lives.

What sets David apart as a leader in this field is his unwavering belief that everyone, regardless of ability, deserves the opportunity to express themselves, develop their skills, and contribute to society in meaningful ways. He is passionate about creating an environment where people feel seen, heard, and valued for who they are, and where their potential can be fully realized.

David’s approach is characterized by empathy, respect, and a deep commitment to person-centered care. He works closely with families, caregivers, and community partners to ensure that each individual receives the support they need to navigate the challenges of daily life, pursue their goals, and build connections with others. His work is driven by a commitment to dignity, autonomy, and a strong belief in the power of creativity and community to transform lives.

In addition to his work with Creative Foundations, David is an advocate for broader systemic change, working to raise awareness about developmental disabilities and promoting policies that enhance inclusion, accessibility, and equity for all individuals.

David's impact extends far beyond the walls of Creative Foundations, as he continues to inspire others to reimagine what is possible for people with developmental disabilities. Through his leadership, he has helped build a more inclusive world—one where everyone has the opportunity to live a life full of meaning, purpose, and possibility.
